My business runs almost entirely on repeat clients and referrals. You reach me directly, and I handle everything.

Meet Bobejo Kelley
A real person for a very personal move
I'm a Los Angeles Realtor® and the founder of First Key Pacific. I work across the Westside with buyers and sellers who want clear advice, careful coordination, and one person who stays involved from the first conversation through closing. For clients ready for more room, I also work in Temecula Valley Wine Country and the La Cresta estates.
“We had such a great experience working with Bobejo Kelley at First Key Pacific! She made the entire process of selling our home incredibly easy and stress-free. From the very beginning, she walked us through every step, communicated constantly, explained everything clearly, and was always quick to answer all of our questions. Bobejo truly handled everything for us and made us feel confident throughout the entire process. Best of all, our house sold within days and for over asking price! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would absolutely recommend Bobejo to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.”
“I worked with listing agent, Bobejo, on a transaction where my team partner and I were the buyer's agents. For a transaction to go smoothly, sellers agents and buyers must have a mutual respect for one another, good communication, and a common goal of both of us doing the best for our clients. Bobejo made it seamless. Her communication with us was quick and professional. She protected her clients, while also respecting and conveying our clients' concerns. This transaction was one of most memorable transactions I have ever had. She's one of the best. Can't wait to work with her again!”
“I have had representatives sell my homes in the past as well as professional brokers sell my company. Bobejo is the best I have ever seen in the industry. She got me a fantastic price for our dream home and was perfectly patient with us as we learned the "do's and don'ts". Her professionalism and dedication started LONG before the sell of our home and has stayed LONG after we purchased our home. This was a luxury home and I had above luxury service. I know her well, and she would give me this level of service if I purchased a $10 home or a $10,000,000 home.”
“We consider ourselves so lucky to have worked with Bobejo, she is amazing! As first time homebuyers we were nervous and skeptical about many things, but Bobejo made sure to go over every detail with patience and grace. She took the time to walk us through every step, answer all our questions and, more importantly, we never felt pressured to act on something we were unsure about. Bobejo worked with our availability, always made time for us and would consistently check in with how we were feeling, reflecting her caring and compassionate personality. Bobejo is a great communicator, extremely organized and always advocated for our best interest. We found our first home and couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend working with Bobejo!”
“Bobejo did an amazing job listing and selling our home of 28 years! We couldn't be happier with how the entire process went. She alleviated all potential stress points, was very communicative and calm, and went out of her way to cater to our needs. She was professional yet personal in every aspect of the sale. Her marketing and showcasing of our home went above and beyond the details- an introduction packet to know what to expect; a beautiful website with brochures, a talented videographer/photographer, even air fresheners and candy for the open house- all these details contributed to a fast sale and well over asking price. We loved working with Bobejo and highly recommend her knowledgeable expertise!”
“We had an unexpected death and needed to sell the house asap. Bobejo Kelley was compassionate and kind, lended great advice to us the midst of our grief. She knew what was needed with the particular HOA, handled all the "fixing" needs, and seemed to deeply care about the details for our sell. She was quick to answer questions and resolve any needs. Above and beyond for sure!”
Why this works
Marketing is the part most agents skip
Listing a home puts it on the MLS and waits for someone else to bring a buyer. That is where most of the business stops. The homes that sell for more are the ones that get shown to the right people, in the right places, before the sign ever goes up.

What decides the number
A home doesn't sell for what it's worth. It sells for what the right buyer understood about it.
How buyers actually find you
Relevancy, recency, proximity
Three things decide whether marketing reaches the person who is actually ready to move. Every page on this site is built to hit all three at once, which is why there is a page for each neighborhood and each situation instead of one page trying to cover everything.
- Relevancy
- Written for one situation at a time. A first-time buyer and someone settling a parent's estate are not the same person and should not read the same page.
- Recency
- Kept current. Market conditions from eighteen months ago are not information, they are decoration.
- Proximity
- Specific to the street, not the county. Westside Los Angeles and Southwest Riverside County, with a page for every neighborhood in both.
Position. Impact. Conversion.
The E.P.I.C. framework
Four arguments, on every home I take. Not a checklist of things agents are supposed to do. The case for why your home ends up being the obvious choice on the market.
Equity
Not a CMA. Before we price anything you get an honest read on where you actually stand: what the comparable sales say, what your negotiating position is, and what a buyer will believe about your home. You lead the market with that. Without it you react to it.
Presentation
Buyers decide on a screen, with their thumb, in about two seconds. So the photography, the video and the words get built before anything goes public, rather than after the first weekend is already spent.
Impact
The MLS alone reaches people who are already searching. Yours also goes in front of the far larger group who'd move for the right house but aren't looking yet, through paid campaigns running from day one. Every listing, at every price point.
Campaign
You don't list a home, you launch it. A timed sequence planned before the sign goes up, and offers handled in an order that works in your favor. Early attention is the most valuable attention a listing gets.
Buying instead?
The R.E.A.L. framework
Most agents start by showing you houses. I start by getting you ready to win one, because the buyer who gets the good house is almost never the one who saw it first.
Ready
Pre-approved and represented before we tour anything, so when the right house appears you can act instead of scramble. In a competitive situation that's most of the game.
Educated
What your money actually buys here, said plainly, before you fall for something out of range. That conversation costs nothing and it saves months.
Aligned
Fewer homes, better ones. I build the search on what you actually told me, and you get a straight verdict on each one, including the ones worth walking away from.
Locked
Offer strategy, inspections, financing and closing, run so the ending is boring. Boring is the goal.
The situation you are actually in
Different circumstances, different plans
The fundamentals don't change. The sequence, the timing and how much coordination it takes change completely. Start where you actually are.
01
Selling Your Home
I don't just list your home. I launch it. Every listing, at every price point.
02
Downsizing
Moving to less house, with the sale and the next place sequenced so you're never caught between them.
03
Selling a Home During Divorce
A sale where two people have to agree, handled neutrally, with clear communication to both parties.
04
Probate and Trust Sales
For executors and trustees: court and trustee timelines, a property that usually needs clearing, and one point of contact.
05
What Your Home Is Worth
A real number from someone who has walked the street, rather than an automated estimate from someone who hasn't.
06
Buying a Home
A guided process from the first conversation to keys in hand, with a concierge standard at every price point.
07
First-Time Buyers
Clear answers and a real advocate for your first home. I help you understand the process, protect your interests, and make decisions with confidence.
08
Relocating to Southern California
The whole transaction handled while you're still out of state. Zoom showings, virtual signings, and partner introductions for lending and moving.

Your Marina del Rey Condo Building Is Planning a Big Repair. Should You Sell Before the Owners Vote?

Who I am, and why it matters to your file
I'm Bobejo Kelley, and First Key Pacific is my practice. I'm a Realtor® licensed under Keller Williams Premier Properties, working across the Westside, including Playa del Rey. I also represent a long-standing client base in Southwest Riverside County, from Murrieta and Menifee to La Cresta and Temecula Wine Country. I've been in Southern California since 1990. But where I've lived matters less than what I did before this.
Before I ever listed a house, I spent more than thirty years in sales, marketing, and office management for a painting contracting business, and five as an executive legal secretary. Thirty years of watching how work actually gets done on a house, and five working around contracts every day.
That's why I read an inspection report the way I do. I'm looking at the roof, the panel, and anywhere old work meets new. Not at whether the counters photograph well.
I've ranked in the top five agents at Keller Williams Premier Properties every year from 2021 through 2025. My business runs almost entirely on repeat clients and referrals, which is a slower way to build one and a much harder one to fake. You can meet me and the partners I trust.
I'm here when you're ready.
Where I work
Two regions of Southern California, and the same standard applies in both.
On the Westside of Los Angeles County: Del Rey, Mar Vista, Marina del Rey, Westchester, Playa Vista, and Playa del Rey. Six neighborhoods sharing a few miles of coastline and almost nothing else. Ground leases in the Marina. Special assessments in parts of Playa Vista. Avigation easements in Westchester. Each one changes what you're actually buying, and none of them are obvious from a listing photo.
In Southwest Riverside County: Temecula Wine Country, Murrieta, Menifee, and La Cresta. First-time buyers, move-up sellers, and investors, the same range of people I work with on the coast.
How I market a home
A listing on the MLS alone reaches only the buyers already searching. I want the rest of them too.
Every home I list gets professional photography and video, its own property website, and a paid digital campaign that launches the day it hits the market. The campaign puts the house in front of people who weren't searching for it yet, which is where a lot of serious buyers actually come from. The photography and video package offers more than most agents provide.
Before any of that, I walk the property and give you an honest answer on what's worth fixing because it returns more than it costs. Ask about something that won't, and I'll tell you why, which is usually the longer column and the more useful one. Sellers routinely spend money on repairs no buyer will pay them back for. Then I help you schedule the work you choose to do and keep it moving, so the details don't land on you.
It's one inclusive package rather than a menu of upgrades, and it's the same package whether the house is a first condo or a large listing. Here's the whole process, step by step. If you're ready, start with selling your home.
Results you can point to
Five stars on Google, from buyers, sellers, and the agents on the other side of the table. Read every review.
Ebony B. won her home out of thirteen competing offers. Miko B. sold the house her family had lived in for twenty-eight years. Andrea G. sold a rental while living in another state, and said I handled everything.
Joe E. came to me after starting with a different agent, and said it was like a weight lifted off their shoulders. Jocelyne V. had been told by other agents that she didn't qualify, and she is now a homeowner.
Five different situations. The common thread isn't a sales technique. Somebody answered the phone, and then did the work.
Start here, buyer or seller
If you're selling, the first step is a real number for your house rather than an automated estimate. Ask for a valuation and I'll build it from comparable sales and how your property is genuinely positioned right now.
If you're buying, start here. We talk before I send you a single listing, because a search built on real criteria beats a search built on everything currently for sale.
Either way it begins the same. A conversation, no pressure, and real answers. Call 310.708.7717 or send me a note.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the actual difference between Del Rey, Marina del Rey, and Playa del Rey?
Three separate places that share a name and very little else. Del Rey is inland and residential, inside the City of Los Angeles. Marina del Rey is unincorporated Los Angeles County, built around the harbor, and a large share of it sits on ground leases rather than owned land. Playa del Rey is coastal and also inside the City of LA. Different rules, different markets, and only Marina del Rey sits under the County.
What does concierge service include, and does it cost extra?
It's included, and it's the same package at every price point. Vendor management, preparation, a staging consultation, professional photography and video, a property website, a paid digital launch, negotiation, and escrow oversight. It isn't a menu, an upgrade, or something reserved for expensive houses.
I'm buying or selling from out of state. Can you handle it remotely?
Yes. I've sold homes for owners who were living in another state and never came back for a showing. Video walkthroughs, remote signing, and every vendor coordinated on the ground here. Andrea G.'s rental sold exactly that way. My relocation experience is out of state.
Do you only work with luxury homes?
No. I work across the full Westside price range, first-time buyers included. KW Luxury International is something I bring when a home calls for it, not a minimum, and every client gets the same concierge standard.
Which areas do you cover?
My focus is the Westside of Los Angeles: Del Rey, Mar Vista, Marina del Rey, Playa Vista, Playa del Rey, and Westchester. I also represent a long-standing client base in Southwest Riverside County, from Murrieta and Menifee to La Cresta and Temecula Wine Country.
Will I be handed off to someone else?
No. You work with me from the first conversation through closing, and I stay in touch. I coordinate trusted independent professionals for transaction management, escrow, title, and lending, but I stay your one point of contact.
How do you decide what my home is worth?
I walk the home and the street, then build a number from the sales that are truly comparable, with the reasoning shown so you can check it. An automated estimate can't see condition or the street-level differences that move prices here.
Thinking about a move?
Let's figure out your next step together. No pressure.
